Randall J. Zakreski (Randy) has worked both in private practice as a litigator with a major Philadelphia law firm and in general counsel roles of ever increasing importance as a trusted leader, manager and advisor to Senior Management, with a track record of success on the full panoply of legal issues for a number of significant companies. Randy has developed cutting edge skills through his focus on Contract Drafting & Negotiation; Employment & Compliance Counseling, Training, Discipline & Policy/Program Creation & Enforcement; Regulatory, Inspection & Audit Response, Strategy & Management; Intellectual Property (IP), Products Liability (PL), Employment, Contract & General Litigation Management; Due Diligence/Acquisition & Business Development Support.
Moreover, he also has particularized experience in issues facing the Pharmaceutical & Medical Device Industries, including Hatch Waxman, IP Litigation, FDA, DEA, FTC & Life Cycle Management.
Randy graduated magna cum laude from Boston College & attended Villanova University School of Law, where he was a member and ultimately Articles Editor of the Villanova Law Review. He was in private practice as a litigator for Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, where he became involved in significant medical device & pharma litigation for various clients, including Pfizer companies. He has served in various general counsel roles for companies such as Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Roxane Laboratories, Inc., BenVenue Laboratories, Cephalon, Inc. & Teva Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Randy is a
member of the Pennsylvania Bar. An innovative, outside the box thinker, who prides himself on understanding and facilitating client business needs, he has secured extraordinary results and fashioned business-focused solutions for companies of all sizes.
